Sam Hatchell

Sam was born and raised in Albuquerque by his two parents, Mike and Dottie with his older brother Trevor.  After high school he joined the US Navy, believing that he would leave New Mexico and probably never call it home again.

After 6 years of living on both the East coast and West coast He came to realize that New Mexico was a place he wanted to return.

He works for Jaynes Corporation, an amazing construction firm that has poured into his development as a leader and oversees the Quality Department and Leadership Development program. 

He is passionate about building networks and connecting people and organizations to other people and organizations and discussing ideas of improvement and strategy.

He has an amazing wife, Lisa, who understands him and supports and challenges him in his various roles in life (husband, father, employee, man of God).  He has two boys he goes on “daddy adventures” with as often as possible and loves them beyond all measure.

He is curious about almost anything and this is what drives him to continue to learn about the people and places in New Mexico and how it all “works”.

He loves the idea behind Viante and is honored to be on the leadership team.
