Salvator Perdomo

Sal works as a Director of Acquisitions and Development for Titan Development, New Mexico’s largest real estate developer. He manages site selection, due diligence, market research, design, construction, and disposition, and also has extensive experience in urban planning, economic development, and brokerage. Sal moved to New Mexico in 2013 and holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Urban Studies and Business Administration-Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He is a current member of NAIOP and NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program. Outside of his professional life, he competes as a distance runner for the Dukes Track Club.
