Emily Allen 

Emily is a Principal of Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (D/P/S), with a focus in strategy and operations. D/P/S is an award winning firm employing more than 200 people in four offices located in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. In addition to her leadership within the firm, Emily has extensive experience working with business leaders in healthcare, education, retail and commercial industries. Her design work has been widely recognized and she is an alumna of, and current Foundation Board member for the UNM Anderson School of Management. She is also a Grant Committee member with the Albuquerque Community Foundation and a past “40 Under Forty” honoree.
